Need More Answers Than You See Here?

3 years and under are not required to have a ticket, unless they need their own seat. Children over 3 years will need a ticket.

Permitted items for Outdoor Concerts:

  • Lawn chairs
  • Blankets
  • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Dogs are welcome on a leash and owner is responsible for clean up
  • Coolers (coolers may be searched for alcohol)

  • Purses (subject to be searched)
  • Diaper Bags (subject to be searched)

Yes, the Ticket Office is located East of the main doors to the DeJoria Center and is open the day of the show at 5pm till the show starts.

Some shows allow only online purchasing, so please review our purchase page for each show carefully to get the best seats, usually online.

Balcony Seating has tickets available for purchase (first come first serve) for guests 21 and older only and is located on the second floor off of State Road Tavern. Balcony seating allows guests to purchase food and drinks from the State Road Tavern Menu rather than concessions.

Guests MUST present a VALID (not expired) photo ID to access their Balcony Seats. Failure to do so will result in relocation to a Floor Seat if available. No refunds will be issued.

Floor Seating is located on the main floor of the DeJoria Center and is for all ages unless otherwise specified.

VIP Booths may be purchased online through our event page, Smithstix, or by calling or visiting the venue Ticket Office located on the main floor of the DeJoria Center.

VIP Booth guests may provided a banner to hang on their booth during the show (i.e. a business’s banner, a custom “Happy Birthday” banner, etc.) Banners MUST be approved by DeJoria Center staff by noon the day of the show.

State Road Tavern (21 and older only with valid photo ID) is located on the 2nd floor inside the DeJoria Center and opens at 4pm on the day of a show.

Reservations are needed in advance for State Road Tavern.  Limited seating is available, so call 435.783.3530 to reserve your spot early and get a great meal and drinks before the show.

Concessions are located inside the main floor seating area and open with doors. Food, Snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and beer are sold in concessions. Alcohol cannot be migrated from the bar or restaurant into the main floor area.

Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID to purchase alcohol.

If you purchased tickets through a 3rd party show producer please contact them directly for answers on refunds or to transfer tickets.

For tickets sold through tickets.highstarranch.com, refunds will be decided on a case by case bases.

Scalping on the property is NOT permitted.

Shows will proceed rain, snow or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to bad weather.

Unfortunately, DeJoria Center does not offer lodging or camping on-site. The closest lodging is a short, 15 minute drive to Park City and camping is available up Mirror Lake Highway. Visit www.recreation.org for information on camping and RV sites.
